This is essentially verbatim from their site… and it’s perfect.

Do you love procrastinating? Why do today what you can put off till tomorrow? That’s the spirit!  Planning out your entire week is a bummer – To-Do (Tomorrow) lets you give yourself reminders for today, but makes it really easy to push things off to tomorrow. Party today, do tasks tomorrow!

5. Instagrameverything is beautiful

If you have an iPhone without this app on it, you are behind the times. Instagram is an amazingly fun and simple social photography app.

Instagram’s photo filters will take your lame cell phone photos and transform them into frame-ready works of art.

You can take, change and post as many photos as you want, for free. The social side of the app also allows you to find and follow friends who are using the app. Built in sharing allows for posts to Twitter, Tumblr, Flickr, Posterous, Facebook and Foursquare.

Here are a few of my own:

10 Pound Club

Ten Pound Clubwii fitLike the rest of America, I packed on the lbs during the holidays and started up a New Year diet on January 2nd. This weekend I weighed in 10 pounds lighter than when I started and I’m hoping to shed another 7 before I’m done.

I laughed when I got an email from Lose It! congratulating me for making the “10 Pound Club,”  but in all seriousness their mobile app has made losing weight a heck of a lot easier.

Personally, I know I have to keep track of my food and count calories if I want to drop pounds. I also know losing weight will only get me so far (skinny fat). Once I’m at my goal weight the only thing that will make me look good in a mirror is hitting the gym.

Since the new year I’ve been using the Lose it! app on my iPhone, weighing myself and recording it daily and hitting the gym for light lifting and at least 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week, adding in a bit of Wii Fit Plus for fun and encouragement.

Why I love Lose it- It sets up a program for you. Enter your goal weight and it gives you a date that you will reach it. I know if I keep up with my plan I will be where I want to be by February 16th! This date adjusts as you go up and down on the scale. It also keeps track of my foods, so it’s easier to record meals. I eat the same meals for lunch and dinner pretty often, and I can add them really quickly.
